LELETO – Leading and Learning Together
Bright Beginnings were delighted to welcome Helen Whitehouse from the Leeds Early Year’s team and international partners from Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Estonia to the Centre today.
The focus for the visit was innovative teaching practice, professional development and best practice. Our visitors were looking at professional development within the context of our Centre, teaching and learning strategies that encourage learning, continued professional development for all staff and what work based learning exists, how professional feedback is managed and delivered and how our leadership teams encourage development within the Centre.
Our visitors were extremely impressed with Bright Beginnings and could see that our children were having a fantastic time. We were delighted to have them!
