There are six play areas all managed by an area supervisor and an experienced, competent team of practitioners who manage the care of the children.
When necessary, we also use a reputable supply agency of staff that support the Centre covering staff sickness and holidays. Supply staff members are displayed on the play area doors.

Bright Beginnings Childcare Centre is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of the University of Leeds. It is an exempt charity and a company limited by guarantee. On behalf of the University, the Board of Directors (all of whom are members of the University) is responsible for the overall strategic direction and financial sustainability of the company. It also receives assurances from the Centre’s leadership and management team which is responsible for the day-to-day childcare operations of the setting.
