This week in our Arty Beginnings journey, we are putting aside the paintbrushes and the colouring pencils and ‘immersing’ ourselves in ‘Helios’! We will be doing lots of different activities throughout the week, but we started off this morning by projecting the painting onto the walls of the Discovery Pod, inviting the children to catch the painting on their clothes and on their skin.

They were amazed to see the colours on their clothes, with one child remarking that they had the sun on their t-shirt! They also learned about perspective by noticing the size of their shadows relative to their distance from the projector.
